Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Happy Hustle. By creating an account or using Happy Hustle, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About Happy Hustle

Happy Hustle is an AI-guided companion for your next career move. It may provide assessments, personalized plans, tasks, progress tracking, role or opportunity suggestions, and access to an AI career guide.

Happy Hustle is operated by Happy Hustle Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, referred to in these terms as "Happy Hustle," "we," "us," or "our."

Happy Hustle is currently a beta product. Its features, availability, and functionality may change as it develops.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms to use Happy Hustle.

If you use Happy Hustle for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

Notify us at support@myhappyhustle.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not share an account in a way that interferes with the security or operation of the service.

4. Career and AI Information

Happy Hustle provides tools and information intended to help you plan and make your next career move. It does not provide employment, legal, financial, or professional counseling services.

Happy Hustle does not guarantee:

• That you will receive an interview or job offer.
• That you will successfully change roles or careers.
• That an employer will consider or hire you.
• That a suggested role or opportunity is available, accurate, or suitable.
• That AI-generated information is complete, current, or correct.

You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding whether and how to act on them. Do not submit an application, contact an employer, or make a significant career decision solely because Happy Hustle suggested it.

5. Beta Service

Happy Hustle is provided as an early-stage beta. You understand that:

• Features may contain errors or produce unexpected results.
• Features may be added, removed, or changed.
• The service may sometimes be unavailable.
• Information or progress may not always be preserved.
• We may limit beta access or discontinue the beta.

We will use reasonable care and skill in operating the service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means the résumés, career information, messages, feedback, and other material you submit to Happy Hustle.

You retain ownership of Your Content.

You give Happy Hustle a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display Your Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and provide the service.
• Generate your assessments, plans, recommendations, and responses.
• Maintain and secure the product.
• Provide support.
• Improve Happy Hustle as described in our Privacy Policy.

This license ends when Your Content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for backups, security, or dispute resolution.

You confirm that you have the right to provide Your Content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or obligations.

Do not submit trade secrets, an employer's confidential information, personal information about someone else without permission, or material you are not authorized to share.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use Happy Hustle for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Access or attempt to access another person's account or information.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service.
• Scrape, overload, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to bypass access or security controls.
• Reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use automated systems to access Happy Hustle without our written permission.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as verified professional advice.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect Happy Hustle, its users, or others.

8. Job Listings and Third-Party Services

Happy Hustle may display or link to job listings, company websites, or third-party services. We do not control those services and do not guarantee that their information is accurate, current, or complete.

A link or suggestion does not mean that Happy Hustle endorses an employer, role, listing, or third-party service.

Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

9. Current Beta Pricing and Future Paid Services

The current beta is provided without charge unless we tell you otherwise before you sign up.

We may introduce paid plans or features in the future. Before you purchase a paid service, we will clearly disclose:

• The price.
• What the purchase includes.
• Whether the charge is one-time or recurring.
• The billing interval.
• Whether a subscription renews automatically.
• How to cancel.
• When cancellation takes effect.
• Any applicable refund policy.

You will not be charged unless you affirmatively agree to the price and payment terms.

If recurring subscriptions are introduced, the cancellation process and its effect on your account, plan, stored information, and access will be explained before purchase. These terms do not currently create a paid subscription.

10. Intellectual Property

Happy Hustle, including its software, design, branding, text, and product features, is owned by Happy Hustle Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These terms give you permission to use the service for your personal career-planning purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Happy Hustle or permit you to copy, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you give us permission to use them without restriction or payment to you.

This does not give us ownership of your résumé, employment history, career plan, or other personal content.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Happy Hustle at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting privacy@myhappyhustle.com.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You materially violate these terms.
• Your use creates a security, legal, or safety risk.
• We are required to do so by law.
• We discontinue the beta or the service.

Where practical, we will provide notice before terminating access unless immediate action is necessary for legal, security, or safety reasons.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability provisions, and dispute terms, will remain in effect.

13. Your Legal Rights and Disclaimers

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. If you are in the UK, this includes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as the right to have the service provided with reasonable care and skill.

Subject to those rights, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Hustle is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.

Where the law of your country allows it, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when you started using Happy Hustle.
• Happy Hustle is provided for your personal career planning. We are not liable for any business losses, including lost profits, income, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Happy Hustle during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £100.

15. Resolving Problems, Governing Law, and Disputes

Contact us first. If you have a problem with Happy Hustle, please contact us at support@myhappyhustle.com and tell us what happened. We will try to resolve it with you within 30 days. This does not affect your right to bring legal proceedings.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Where disputes are heard. Any legal proceeding relating to these terms or Happy Hustle may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live. If you live outside the UK, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and to rely on the consumer protections of its laws.

16. Changes to Happy Hustle

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or parts of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice if a material change significantly reduces access to a feature you are actively using.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Happy Hustle develops. We will post the revised terms and update their effective date.

If a material change affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.

18. General Terms

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our permission. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business.

These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the agreement between you and Happy Hustle concerning the service.
